1) The proposed extension, by reason of its size, design and location, will have an overbearing impact on the amenity of the adjacent properties at 73 and 77/79 Astwick Road and will also cause overlooking to the private amenity spaces at the rear of these properties, contrary to Policy BE1 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan and Policy DPS6 of the Deposit Draft of the Mid Bedordshire Local Plan First Review
