Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - MB/02/01285/LB
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The works hereby consented shall be begun within five years of the date of this permission.

Reason: To comply with Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990, to ensure that this consent does not continue in existence indefinitely if the development to which it relates is not carried out.
2) All windows to the extension hereby aproved shall be single glazed.

Reason: To safeguard the character and integrity of this Grade II listed building.
3) Prior to commencement of the extension hereby permitted details of hand made clay peg tiles including colour shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Only the approved details shall be implemented.

Reason: To safeguard the character and integrity of this Grade II listed building.
4) The permission shall extend only to the application as amended by plans received 17 July 2003.

Reason: For the avoidance of doubt and to ensure that the development is implemented in accordance with the plans formally approved by the Local Planning Authority.
