Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - MB/02/01379/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed rear extensions, by reason of their size and location, would unacceptably impact on the amenities of a neighbouring residential property, No. 25 Trinity Road, by reason of a loss of light and an overbearing impact. As such, the proposed rear extensions are contrary to Policy BE1 of the adopted Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan 1993, Policies DPS5 and DPS6 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan First Review Deposit Draft (as proposed to be changed) 1997 and the Council's Supplementary Planning Guidance on Residential Extensions and Alterations, adopted 1997.
2) The proposal does not provide sufficient off street parking. As such, the proposal is contrary to Policy BE1 of the adopted Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan 1993, Policy DPS5 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan First Review Deposit Draft (as proposed to be changed) 1997 and the Council's adopted Parking Standards within the Residential Design Guide, 1997.
