Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - MB/02/01475/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed extensions on a property in the Green Belt would by reason of their size, siting and design in relation to the original dwelling result in disproportionate additions not subservient to the original property. This would be contrary to Local Plan Policy DPS6 and GBT1 of the Mid Bedforshire Local Plan First Review Deposit Draft. It would also be in conflict with this Authority's Supplementary Planning Guidance on House Extensions and Alterations
2) The proposed balcony will result in the potential for overlooking towards the neighbours rear garden resulting in undue loss of residential amenity. This would be contrary to Mid beds Local Plan 1997, Policy DPS6.
