1) Within one month of the date of this permission, details of the materials that have been used for the external walls and roof of the dwelling hereby permitted shall be submitted to the Local Planning Authority for written approval.

Reason: To clarify the materials that have been used in the construction of the dwelling and in the interests of the visual amenities of the area.
