Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - MB/02/01529/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed stable block, by nature of its size and the extent of previous outbuildings, represents an unacceptable cumulative addition to this site in a rural location within the South Bedfordshire Green Belt where restrictive planning policies apply and is considered to be to the detriment of the character and appearance of the street scene and the Green Belt; as such the proposal is contrary to Policies BE1 and GB1 of the Adopted Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan and Policies GBT1 and DPS6 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan First Review (Deposit Draft) 1997 as proposed to be amended.
2) The proposal, by way of increased noise generation, odour and general disturbance, would result in an undesirable and unacceptable impact on the amenities of adjacent dwellings; as such the proposal is contrary to Policies DPS5 and DPS7 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan First Review (Deposit Draft) 1997 as proposed to be changed.
