Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - MB/02/01564/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development Order) 1995, (or any Order revoking or re-enacting that Order with or without modification) no works shall be commenced for the erection of any building or structure within the curtilage of the dwelling, until detailed plans and elevations have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.

Reason: To protect the amenities of occupiers of neighbouring properties.
2) No shrubs or hedges existing on the site shall be removed or cut down without the prior written consent of the Local Planning Authority.

Reason: To safeguard the existing shrubs and hedges on the site in the interest of visual amenity.
