Conditions or Reasons:
1) The works hereby consented shall be begun within five years of the date of this permission.

Reason: To comply with Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990, to ensure that this consent does not continue in existence indefinitely if the development to which it relates is not carried out.
2) The new windows shall be single glazed and the joinery white painted unless otherwise agreed and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.

Reason: To preserve the special historic character of the building.
3) A sample of the timber glazing bar to be used must be submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of the works hereby permitted.

Reason: To preserve the special historic character of the building.
