Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed conversion of the existing integral triple garage to a gym/games room would be likely to lead to the requirement of an additional structure to provide covered vehicle parking, which would represent an unacceptable cumulative addition to the site in a rural location within the South Bedfordshire Green Belt where restrictive planning policies apply and would be to the detriment of the character and appearance of the street scene and the Green Belt; as such the proposal is contrary to PPG2, Policies BE1 and GB1 of the Adopted Mid bedfordshire Local Plan (1993) and Policies DPS6 and GBT1 of the Mid bedfordshire Local Plan First review (Deposit Draft) 1997 as proposed to be amended.
