1) The proposed extension would result in excessive building bulk abutting the boundary to the detriment of the amenities of adjoining residents; as such the proposal is contrary to Policy DPS6 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan First Review (Deposit Draft) 1997 as proposed to be amended.
