Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposal will result in the loss of available parking within the site and clear of the public highway to the detriment of the safety and convenience of users of that highway. As such the proposal is contrary to Policy DPS5 and DPS6 (iii) of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan First Review Deposit Draft November 1997 and the Council's Supplementary Planning Guidance for House Extensions and Alteration 1997.
