Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - SB/05/00949/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development shall begin not later than three years from the date of this permission.
REASON: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) Before development begins, the single storey rear extension shown hatched green on Drawing No. 10.96/01A received 12/09/05 shall be demolished.
REASON: In order to safeguard the openness of the Green Belt at this particular location.
(Policies GB1, H13, S.B.L.P.R.).
3) Before development begins and notwithstanding the details submitted with the application, details of the materials to be used for the external walls and roofs of the proposed building/s shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the District Planning Authority.
REASON: To control the appearance of the building/s.
(Policies 10, B.S.P.; BE8 & H8, S.B.L.P.R).
4) This permission relates only to the details shown on the Site Location Plan and Drawing No.'s 10.96/01A, 10.96/02A, 10.96.03 & 5903/S1 Rev.A received 12/09/05 or to any subsequent appropriately endorsed revised plan.
REASON: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
