Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - MB/02/02179/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed building, by nature of its siting, bulk and design, would constitute an overdevelopment of the site leading to loss of light and overbearing impact to adjacent dwellings; as such the proposal is contrary to Policy BE1 of the Adopted Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan 1993, Policy DPS5 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan First Review (Deposit Draft) 1997 and Adopted Supplementary Planning Guidance "Designing Quality Housing Schemes" 1997.
2) The proposal, by nature of inadequate onsite car parking and turning, would have an unacceptable adverse impact on the safety and convenience of users of the public highway; as such the proposal is contrary to Policy BE1 of the Adopted Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan 1993, Policy DPS5 and DPS10 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan First Review (Deposite Draft) 1997 and Adopted
Supplementary Planning Guidance "Designing Quality Housing Schemes" 1997
