Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - MB/02/02217/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed extension, by nature of its size and design, represents an unacceptable enlargement of the dwelling to the detriment of the character and appearance of the streetscene and the amenities of adjoining occupiers; as such the proposal is contrary to policy DPS6 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan First Review (Deposit Draft) 1997 as proposed to be amended.
2) The proposed first floor flank window, by virtue of its location would prove detrimental to neighbouring amenity and cause a loss of privacy to neighbouring residential occupiers by way of overlooking contrary to Policy DPS7 of the MidBeds Local Plan.
