Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - MB/03/00056/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development hereby approved shall be commenced within five years of the date of this permission.

Reason: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 which is designed to ensure that a planning permission does not continue in existence indefinitely if the development to which it relates is not carried out.
2) Prior to commencement of that part of the scheme hereby approved a sample of the roof materials for the rear extension and the replacement garage shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Only the approved materials shall be used.

Reason: To safeguard the character and appearance of this Grade II listed building.
3) Prior to commencement of that part of the scheme hereby approved a sample panel of the brick type, bond and mortar mix for the rear extension and the replacement garage shall be inspected and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Only the approved details shall be implemented.

Reason: To safeguard the character and appearance of this Grade II listed building
4) The permission shall extend only to the application as amended by revised schedule and drawings submitted with letter received 18 and 20 February 2003.

Reason: For the avoidance of doubt and to ensure that the development is implemented in accordance with the plans formally approved by the Local Planning Authority.
5) All new windows shall be single glazed and the joinery white painted unless otherwise agreed and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.

Reason: To safeguard the character and appearance of this Grade II listed building.
