Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposal would result in an undesirable and unacceptable form of development such that it would have an adverse impact on the character of the area and the amenities, outlook and privacy of the occupiers of nearby residential properties; as such the proposal is contrary to Policy BE1 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan; Policy DPS6 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan First Review (Deposit Draft) 1997 Incorporating Pre-Inquiry Changes as proposed to be amended and the Council's Adopted Supplimentary Planning Guidance for House Extensions and Alterations.
