Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development hereby permitted shall be used only as private, non-commercial manege incidental to the enjoyment of the dwellinghouse as a private residence and for no other purpose.

Reason: To prevent the manege from being used for commercial purposes to the detriment of the locality.
2) No floodlighting or any other form of illumination shall be installed or erected on or around the manege.

Reason: To protect the amenities of adjacent occupiers
