Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - MB/03/00173/LB
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The works hereby consented shall be begun within five years of the date of this permission.

Reason: To comply with Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990, to ensure that this consent does not continue in existence indefinitely if the development to which it relates is not carried out.
2) Notwithstanding the submitted plans, before work commences, a full specification and schedule of works shall be submitted for the prior written approval of the Local Planning Authority including the materials to be used, the location of the new section of wall within the existing door reveals, and the surface finishes of the blocked doorway. Development shall be completed in accordance with the approved details.

Reason: To ensure the proper control of works and to protect the fabric and features of this listed building.
3) Prior to the commencement of works, proposals for the careful salvage and reuse of the door shall be submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority.

Reason: To ensure the re-use of salvageable materials.
