Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - SB/05/00983
Conditions or Reasons:
1) This permission is limited to a period expiring on 28/02/2010 when the use shall be discontinued and the use of the unit shall revert back to that of a unit for holiday accommodation only, as per condition 12 of planning permission SB/TP/98/0885, unless before that date the District Planning Authority has granted permission for its continuation.
REASON: To allow the District Planning Authority to control the use when the permission expires.

2) This permission is for the sole benefit of Arthur and Peggy Howgego and shall extend to no other person, partnership, firm or company.
REASON: To ensure the retention of planning control by the District Planning Authority on the disposal of the present applicant's interest in the land and buildings.
(Policies 24, B.S.P.; GB1, NE12, S.B.L.P.R.).
3) The annexe hereby approved shall only be used in association with the main house known as The Rye and shall not be sold, let or otherwise be disposed of separately without the written consent of the District Council.
REASON: To ensure the retention of planning control by the District Planning Authority on the disposal of the present applicant's interest in the land and buildings.

4) Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order), there shall be no extensions, or alterations to the external appearance (including doors and windows), of the development hereby permitted without the grant of further specific permission from the District Planning Authority.
REASON: To control the external appearance of the buildings in the interests of the amenities of the area.
(Policies 10, B.S.P.; BE8, S.B.L.P.R.).
5) Notwithstanding the provisions of Part 1 Class E of Schedule 2 to the Town and Country (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order), no buildings or other structures shall be erected or constructed within the curtilage of the property without the grant of further specific permission from the District Planning Authority.
REASON: To control the development in the interests of the amenities of the area.
(Policies 24, B.S.P.; GB1, BE8, S.B.L.P.R.).
6) Notwithstanding the provisions of Part 2 Class A and C of Schedule 2 to the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order), no gates, fences, walls or other means of enclosure shall be erected, and no exterior painting of the brickwork to the buildings hereby permitted shall take place without the grant of further specific permission from the District Planning Authority.
REASON: To control the development in the interests of the amenities of the area.

7) No external lighting shall be installed without the prior written approval of the District Planning Authority.
REASON: To protect the amenity of neighbouring properties and/or highway safety.
(Policies 10, B.S.P; BE8, S.B.L.P.R.).
8) This permission relates only to the details shown on the Site Location Plan and Drawing No. 1233-2C received 22/09/05 or to any subsequent appropriately endorsed revised plan.
REASON: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
