Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed additional window would cause an unacceptable erosion of the character, setting and the architectural and historic interest of the Grade II Listed barn and the contribution that the former agricultural building makes to the character and appearance of the Eaton Bray Conservation Area. The proposal is, therefore, contrary to Policies 10 and 13 of the Bedfordshire Structure Plan 2011 and Policies BE2, BE4, BE5 and BE8 of the South Bedfordshire Local Plan Review.
