Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - MB/03/00310/LB
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The works hereby consented shall be begun within five years of the date of this permission.

Reason: To comply with Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990, to ensure that this consent does not continue in existence indefinitely if the development to which it relates is not carried out.
2) Notwithstanding the details shown on the plans hereby approved, the work to demolish and rebuild the chimney stack shall not take place until:

Safe access is made available at stack level in order that the stack can be more closely inspected by the Local Planning Authority.

A schedule of the proposed works including the precise extent of demolition has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.

Reason: To safeguard the character and integrity of this Grade II* listed building.
3) Prior to commencement of the development hereby approved, a sample of new brick, if required, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority and only the approved materials shall be used.

Reason: To safeguard the character and integrity of this Grade II* Listed Building.
