Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - MB/03/00363/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposal would intensify the use of an access where visibility is restricted below the level required for safe and convenient manoeuvring, to the detriment of highway safety; as such the proposal is contrary to Policy DPS5 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan First Review (Deposit Draft) 1997 as proposed to be changed and Policy BE1 of the Adopted Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan 1993.
2) The proposed alterations constitute the formation of a new dwelling which would result in an undesirable and unacceptable form of development such that it would have an adverse impact on the character and appearance of the area, as such the proposal is contrary to Policy BE1 of the Adopted Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan 1993 and Policy DPS5 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan First Review (Deposit Draft) 1997 as proposed to be amended.
