Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed garage by the nature of its excessive size and bulk to the front of the existing dwelling, would be detrimental to the character and appearance of the street scene of the locality and as such the proposal is contrary to Policy BE1 of the Adopted Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan and Policy DPS6 of the Adopted Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan and Adopted Supplementary Planning Guidance "House Extensions and Alterations - A Guide For Applicants".
