Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed garage would result in excessive building bulk within the frontage of the plot to the detriment of the character and appearance of the streetscene and the outlook of adjoining residents. As such the proposal is contrary to policy DPS6 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan First Review (Deposit Draft) 1997 as proposed to be amended.
