Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development hereby approved shall be commenced within five years of the date of this permission.

Reason: To comply with Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990, to ensure that this consent does not continue in existence indefinitely if the development to which it relates is not carried out.
2) Any part of the main dwelling left damaged by the demolition works hereby permitted shall be made good in materials to match the existing and all detritis removed from the site, within one month of the completion of the demolition.

Reason: To ensure that the site and its environs are maintained to protect the character and amenities of the area.
