Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposal by reason of its location, bulk and height would unacceptably detract from the relatively spacious character of the street scene. As such the proposal is considered to be contrary to Policies DPS5 and PDS6 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan First Review (Deposit draft) 1997 as proposed to be amended.
