1) The proposed extension would result in excessive building bulk projecting from the main dwelling and in close proximity to the sites boundary to the detriment of the character and appearance of the streetscene; as such the proposal is contrary to Policy DPS7 (DPS6) of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan First Review (Deposit Draft); Incorporating Pre-Inquiry Changes.
