Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed development would detract from the character of this statutory Listed Building by way of the insertion too many oversized rooflights. In addition the applicant has failed to demonstrate that this would not have an adverse effect on the fabric and integrity of the statutory Listed Building; as such the proposal is contrary to PPG15; Policy BE6 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan 1993 and Policy CBE1 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan First Review (Deposit Draft) 1997 as proposed to be changed.
