Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed development makes inadequate provision for a satisfactory vehicular access to serve the development and is likely to lead to an increase in congestion and additional hazards for highway users. The proposal is therefore contrary to Policy 42 of the Bedfordshire Structure Plan 2011 and Policy T1 of the South Bedfordshire Local Plan Review.
