Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed development would, because of its size, bulk, siting and unsympathetic design, appear unduly obtrusive/ overbearing and result in additional overlooking and loss of privacy to the occupiers of neighbouring properties. The proposal is therefore contrary to Policy 10 of the Bedfordshire Structure Plan 2011 and Policies BE8 and H8 of the South Bedfordshire Local Plan Review.
