Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - MB/03/01431/LB
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The works hereby consented shall be begun within five years of the date of this permission.

Reason: To comply with Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990, to ensure that this consent does not continue in existence indefinitely if the development to which it relates is not carried out.
2) Notwithstanding the details submitted the guttering and downpipes shall be of painted metal construction unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority.

Reason: To safeguard the special architectural and historic interest of this statutorily listed building in accordance with Policy BE6 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan and Policy CBE1 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan First Review; Incorporating Pre-Inquiry Changes.
3) Prior to the commencement of development further details of the new door and frame at 1:20 scale shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Thereafter development shall be completed in accordance with the approved details only.

Reason: To safeguard the special architectural and historic interest of this statutorily listed building in accordance with Policy BE6 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan and Policy CBE1 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan First Review; Incorporating Pre-Inquiry Changes.
4) Notwithstanding the plans submitted further elevation drawings of the porch gables showing these tile hung shall be submitted to and approved in writing prior to the commencement of development. Thereafter development shall be completed in accordance with the approved details only.

5) Prior to the commencement of development further details of the eaves and verge at 1:10 scale shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. These shall include details of the method of fixing the realigned roof to the existing fabric. Thereafter development shall be completed in accordance with the approved details unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
