Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed extension, when taken together with the existing extensions and additions, would result in a disproportionate extension in a Green Belt location where restrictive planning policies apply; as such the proposal is contrary to Policies GBT1 and DPS6 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan First Review (Deposit Draft) 1997 as proposed to be amended.
