Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed extension would result in excessive building bulk close to the boundary to the detriment of the amenity of the neighbouring property. As such the proposal is contrary to Policy DPS6 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan First Review (Deposit Draft) 1997 as proposed to be amended.
