Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - MB/03/01689/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development Order) 1995, (or any Order revoking or re-enacting that Order with or without modification) no works shall be commenced for the erection of any building or structure within the extended garden area or any fence wall or other boundary structure erected (apart from those hereby granted as shown on the approved plan) until detailed plans and elevations have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.

Reason: To safegaurd the character and appearance of this attractive rural area.
2) The permission shall extend only to the application as amended by plan received 4 November 2003.

Reason: For the avoidance of doubt and to ensure that the development is implemented in accordance with the plans formally approved by the Local Planning Authority.
3) The earth banks shall be removed and the land reinstated to its original flat level within six months of the completion of the extension works approved under refs: 03/747 and 03/759/LB

Reason: In the interest of the visual amenities of the area.
