Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposal would result in an undesirable and unacceptable form of development such that it would have an adverse impact on the amenities, outlook and privacy of the occupiers of nearby residential properties; as such the proposal is contrary to The Councils Adopted Supplementary Planning Guidance for House Extensions and Alterations; Policy BE1 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan 1993; and Policy DPS6 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan First Review (Deposit Draft) 1997 as proposed to be amended.
