Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed fence, by nature of its scale and form represents a harsh and unacceptable feature that is to the detriment of the character and appearance of the streetscene; as such the proposal is contrary to Policy BE1 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan Adtopted and Policy DPS6 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan First Review Deposit Draft Incorporating Post Modifications 2003.
2) The proposed boundary fence would restrict visibility across the junction with Newbury Lane so as to cause danger and inconvenience of users of the highway; as such the proposal is contrary to Policy DPS5 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan First Review Deposit Draft Incorporating Post Modifications 2003.
