Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposal would result in an undesirable and unacceptable form of development such that it would have an adverse impact on the streetscene and the residential amenity of no. 15 Tyburn Lane by reason of the cramped form of development and overbearing impact; as such the proposal is contrary to Policy DPS6 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan First Review (Deposit Draft) 2003 as proposed to be amended.
