Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - MB/03/01957/LB
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The works hereby consented shall be begun within five years of the date of this permission.

Reason: To comply with Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990, to ensure that this consent does not continue in existence indefinitely if the development to which it relates is not carried out.
2) Details of those original features of the barn that are capable of salvage and re-use shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority and wherever possible those features shall be used in any replacement structure unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Reason: In the interests of the special architectural and historic interests of the building.
3) The permission shall extend only to the application as amended by plans dated 12 July 2004.

Reason: For the avoidance of doubt and to ensure that the development is implemented in accordance with the plans formally approved by the Local Planning Authority.
