Conditions or Reasons:
1) Within one month of the date of this approval full details of the specification for the paint finish to be applied to the garage shall be submitted to the Local Planning Authority for written approval. The paint finish shall be applied to the garage and shall be completed within 2 months of the date of the approval of the paint specification.

Reason: In the interests of the visual amenities of the area.
