Conditions or Reasons:
1) The application site lies within the Haynes Conservation Area and the demolition of these buildings would neither preserve nor enhance the character and appearance of this part of the Area; as such the proposal is contrary to PPG15 and Policy CBE11 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan First Review (Deposit Draft) 1997 as proposed to be changed.
