Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - MB/03/02017/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development hereby approved shall be commenced within five years of the date of this permission.

Reason: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 which is designed to ensure that a planning permission does not continue in existence indefinitely if the development to which it relates is not carried out.
3) Any new brickwork and/or alteration or repairs to existing brickwork shall be undertaken in matching bond and matching bricks to that of the existing wall. The coping detail shall match that on the neighbouring wall - No 35 Sundon Road.

Reason: To safeguard the special character and appearance of the conservation area as in accordance with Policy BE6 of the Mid Bedfordshire Adopted Local Plan and Policy CHE11 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan Deposit Draft 2003 (as proposed to be changed).
4) The front boundary wall below the coping level shall be painted white.

Reason: To safeguard the appearance of the completed development by ensuring that the development hereby permitted is finished externally in a colour to match/complement the existing front boundary treatment and the visual amenities of the locality.
