Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed extension by reason of its size, design and siting would have an adverse impact on the character and appearance of the Conservation Area. As such the proposal would be contrary to Policies BE1 and BE14 of the adopted Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan and Policies DPS6 and CBE11 of the Draft Deposit Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan First Review.
