Conditions or Reasons:
1) Works on the single storey side extension to form garage were being carried out simultaneously to those on a further development to the rear of the dwelling (presumably that approved under reference 03/01224/FULL). The cubic content of the dwellinghouse resulting from these combined works would exceed the cubic content of the existing dwellinghouse by more than 70 cubic metres or 15% and as such, these works cannot be classified as permitted development under Part A.1 (a) of Schedule 2 Part 1 of the The Town and Country (General Permitted Development) Order 1995.
