Conditions or Reasons:
1) The works hereby consented shall be begun within five years of the date of this permission.

Reason: To comply with Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990, to ensure that this consent does not continue in existence indefinitely if the development to which it relates is not carried out.
2) During the course of works, no member of the timber frame structure of the building may be altered or removed without the written consent of the Local Planning Authority.

Reason: To protect the fabric of this Grade II listed building.
3) All new partitions shall be scribed around existing skirtings and cornices.

Reason: To protect the fabric of this Grade II listed building.
