Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed intensification of the use will have an adverse effect on the amenity of the neighbouring properties by reason of the increased vehicular movements, contrary to Policy BE1 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan 1993 and DPS6 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan First Review (Deposit Draft) 1997 as proposed to be amended.
