Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - MB/04/00097/LB
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The works hereby consented shall be begun within five years of the date of this permission.

Reason: To comply with Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990, to ensure that this consent does not continue in existence indefinitely if the development to which it relates is not carried out.
2) The first floor windows on the front elevation of the property (indicated as window no's w15, w16 and w17 on plan no. PAP/03-02A) shall remain as existing.

Reason: For the avoidance of doubt and to safeguard the special architectural and historic interest of this statutorily listed building in accordance with Policy BE6 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan.
3) The windows of the development hereby permitted shall be of white painted timber frames.

Reason: To safeguard the special architectural and historic interest of this statutorily listed building in accordance with Policy BE6 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan.
