Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposal, if permitted, would unacceptably impact on the setting of the Grade II Listed Church Farmhouse by reason of its siting. The proposal is therefore considered to be contrary to Policy BE6 of the adopted Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan 1993 and Policy CBE2 (new) of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan First Review Deposit Draft Incorporating Pre-Inquiry Changes 1999.
