Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed extension, by nature of its excessive site coverage, would result in an unacceptable overdevelopment of the site thus leaving an inadequate amount of garden area for the existing and future residents of the property; as such the proposal is contrary to Policy BE1 and of the Mid Bedfordshire Adopted Local Plan 1993, and Policy DPS6 the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan First Review (Deposit Draft) 2003 as proposed to be amended.
