1) The proposed extension by reason of its size, design and siting would have an overbearing impact on adjacent dwellings due yo loss of light and loss of privacy. As such the development is contrary to Policy BE1 of the Adopted Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan and Policy DPS6 of the Draft Deposit Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan First Review.
