Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - MB/04/00175/LB
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The works hereby consented shall be begun within five years of the date of this permission.

Reason: To comply with Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990, to ensure that this consent does not continue in existence indefinitely if the development to which it relates is not carried out.
2) This listed building consent relates solely to the removal of the wall outlined in red ink on plan number CB02/71/102 rev H and in no way implies or conveys planning permission and/or listed building consent for any other works depicted on the submitted plans which differ from the original planning and listed building consents.

Reason: For the avoidance of doubt, and to advise that the unauthorised works, which are depicted on the plan submitted in respect of this application, have taken place which are not the subject of planning permission or listed building consent.
